Mobility Exercise of the week: Rotatorenmanschette mit Ball

Strength: 4 rounds of: 20 sec hollow hold, 20 sec arch hold

WOD: "Fight gone bad"

3 rounds, 1 min per station for total reps/cal

- Wallballs 9/6kg

- KB Swings 32/24kg

- box jumps 50cm

- push press 35/25kg

- rowing for cal

- 1 min rest
