Skill Transfer Exercises

Weightlifting:
Squat Snatch 5x2@75%
Snatch Pull 4x3@110%
Pause Back Squat 5x2@75%

Conditioning:
2 Rounds with Partner:
In 5 min do:
Run 400m together
With remaining time AMRAP:
5 Power Snatch (50/35kg)
5 Burpees over Bar
Rest 2 min between rounds
