1 Power Snatch
Set #1 - 55% of estimated 1RM Power Snatch
Set #2 - 60%
Set #3 - 63%
Set #4 - 66%

- On the 1:00 x 6 Sets:
1 Power Snatch
Set #1 - 70%
Set #2 - 74%
Set #3 - 78%
Sets #4, 5, 6 - 82%
