For max points
4-player WOD, all male or all female, 20 minute time limit
Set up three bars:
Bench press 100/65kg
Back squat 130/80kg
Deadlift 160/105kg
----------
With only ONE athlete working at a time, perform whichever lifts desired for as many reps as possible in 20 minutes.
Score points as follows:
1 rep bench = 1 pt
1 rep squat = 2 pts
1 rep deadlift = 3 pts
Switch players as needed. Score as many points as you can!
