- Bench Press Dead Press (1" Above Chest) @50-60% (of 1RM Bench Press) Against 25% Hanging Chains - 5x5 (All normal grip)
- Floor Press Top Set, medium grip, 8 reps. Start with 75% of 1 RM.
- DB Floor Press (palms forward) - 8RM
- One Arm DB Rows - 3x8 Per Arm
Every minute on the minute do 3 HSPU. Start with 3 HSPU.
