Barbell Overhead Hold

5 Sets, building to a Heavy:

2 sec Pausing Overhead Squat + Overhead Squat

EMOM 9 min (= 3 Rounds):
Power Snatch + Overhead Squat + Squat Snatch

1. min: 50% of 1RM Squat Snatch
2. min: 55% of 1RM Squat Snatch
3. min: 60% of 1RM Squat Snatch
4. min: 50% of 1RM Squat Snatch
etc. - r
epeat this sequence without a break in between two more times through, for a total of three waves
 
AMRAP 9 min:
25 Double-Unders
10 Overhead Squats 55/37kg (barbell taken from the ground)
