Metcon:
10 EMOM: 
1 deadlift
1 hang squat clean
1 front squat

WEIGHTLIFTING:
Overhead squat 1x3@70%, 1x3@80%, 3x3@90%
E2MOM for 20 minutes (10 rounds): 
2 sets of 1 squat snatch & 1 snatch balance
