- Sumo Deadlift 2" Block Pull - 1RM
- KB Overhead Walking Lunges - 4x20m

Accessory:
-Banded KB Swings (24/16kg + Max Band) - 3x15

WOD:
6 Rounds 
5 Deadlifts 130/85kg
6 Burpee Toe to Bar 
TC 10 min
