Strength week 2: 3x3 Back Squat

In 2 teams:
Do 1 tire flip, run indoors and do 1 rope climb
One person must hold 2x24kg KB. If one KB touches the ground the whole team gets a 10 burpee penalty. Has to be done immediately!
