Max Effort Lower Body Day

Strength: 
- Kneeling Jumps up to max height
- Front Squat - 1RM
- Banded partial deadlifts,  the first 75% of the movement - 3x12

Core/Abs:
8x 20m One Arm Farmer walk, switch arm after 20m, go heavy!

WOD:
4 rounds:
10 thrusters 43/30kg
20 Burpees over bar
30 double-unders
