50/55/60/65/70%

4 rounds for time (10 minute time cap)
6 ground to overhead 60/40 kg
10 chest to bar pull ups
30 double unders

The goal is to finish under the time cap.
Pick a weight that is challenging but that will allow you to do 6 reps unbroken, or at the most in 2 quick sets.
