Strength: 
- Bench Press with Straight Bar @40% + Doubled Micro Mini (under 225 lb. max) or Mini Bands - 9x3 (3 sets wide, 3 sets middle, 3 sets close)
- Bench Press Top Set
Accessory:
- One Arm DB Rows - 3x10 Per Arm

Core/Abs:
Standing Banded Oblique Twists - 4x25 Per Side

WOD:
4 Min AMRAP 
10 Snatches 35/25kg
3 Bar Muscleups
