Mobility Exercise of the Week:
Posterior Shoulder Mobilisation with small Ball (MWod Episode vom 2.3.14)

Strength:
5x (2 power snatch + 1 overhead squat )
5x (2 power clean + 1 front squat)

AMRAP in 10 min:
-10 shoulder to overhead anyway 
-10 front squat 
-10 ground to overhead anyway
